21-Day Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you love your new Pitman Flannel Co. clothing. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a
refund within 21 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original, unused condition
• In the original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@pitmanflannel.com. 

Once your return is approved, you will need to post the package at your own cost. Please ship the item back to us at the following address:

Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  

 If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.  

 Shipping:

You will ship the item back to us at your own cost to the PO Box address stated above.

 Exceptions:

Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized products.
